Yes

We do not accept insurance. Our services are cash-based at the time of care. HSA cards can be used. Some insurance companies recognize us as out-of-network so we will provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance if you wish. For labs we order that bill insurance, we will send a copy of your insurance card with the lab order.
